Clay Shooting: 100 targets for $45 without renting gun, $20 per hour for shotgun rental.

Target Shooting:

$15 per person gun range fee for target shooting.

Gun Rentals:
$20/hour + Ammo: 12-gauge pump shotgun
$15/hour + Ammo: Glock 17, Gen 3 (9 mm)
$15/hour + Ammo: Springfield Hellcat (9mm)
$25/hour + Ammo: Anderson AR-15

Ammo costs will depend on the current market price/availability and the quantity used. Eye protection is $3 per person, and we do provide ear plugs.  We offer multi-level shooting classes.

Horseback Riding (you must be 12 years or older and the weight limit for riding is 275 pounds):
$50/hour (per person) (tips aren’t required but appreciated)

We can also offer a therapeutic grooming package where you can pet and groom our horses for $40 for up to 4 people! This is also a great way to get to know the horses :-)!

We do not allow outside guests on the ranch in order to keep our guests stay as peaceful and relaxing as possible.  Occasionally, we do make exceptions to this rule but it would need to be approved in advance by one of our employees. In the circumstance that the whole ranch is reserved, we do allow outside guests on property but not to participate in any of the activities offered.

Our Country Cottage does have a washer and dryer.  We do not offer washing machines in our all of the other stays but, in certain circumstances, arrangements can be made for those guests with longer stays or special needs.

We rent out ATV’s and UTV’s to get around the property but you are also allowed to bring your own. Our ranch rules for ATV’s and UTV’s apply to your own personal vehicles, so please note that before bringing them.

Pets are not allowed. Dead Cat Ranch is a working ranch, so there are animals present. Because of that, we ask that you leave your furry friends at home, and observe ours from a safe distance.

Yes. Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

Our gun range is equipped to support a large variety of firearms. Contact us today for specific inquiries about caliber restrictions.

Of course! While we believe seclusion and the ability to unplug is part of the draw of Dead Cat Ranch, we do offer WiFi in our club house.

Our kitchens come fully stocked with plates, silverware, sheets, and towels, and we offer a “stock the fridge” option where our team will pick up what you need at a local grocery store for your stay. Those packages start at $75 minimum. We have partnered up with a few places that can cater to bigger events, cook a private dinner or even create gourmet picnic baskets during your stay. There are also a lot of great food options in town, and Doordash delivers to the Ranch!

We want the experience at Dead Cat Ranch to be tranquil and secluded, so we only offer our activities to guests of our lodging.

Of course, our ranch is BYOB. Everything in moderation, though. Have fun but stay safe, make smart decisions, and drink responsibly.

Check-out is at 11 a.m.
